A wonderful home in a great neighborhood
We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed and more, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach is a short 5 min drive away, and there are many local towns a short distance away including Salou and Barcelona. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady, Marina who looks after the property who was super friendly and helpful in local area. There are many restaurants nearby and we loved the area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We have already discussed returning one day.

Fantastic
The villa was absolutely perfect for our 11 night stay , there was every conceivable thing that we may have needed including the washing machine, the kitchen is equipped with everything.. the shared pool was a blessing though we didn’t often see anyone else . Highly recommend this villa with it’s own driveway and lockable gate We had a great time

Everything we needed!
The property was pristine clean. It had all the amenities described and the lady was very kind and helpful, leaving us a small welcome pack which we didn't expect. The weather was warm and sunny but very breezy and the pool was cool :)

Miami Playa et une ville magnifique, tranquille, on en a pour tout les goûts pour les restaurants La maison est tres agréable, calme, propre, superbe piscine. Ily a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonne vacances dans la maison et les plages sont très propre. Belle experience a refaire.

Urlaub in Miami Platja
Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Klimaanlage und Pool. Die Zimmeraufteilung hat uns gut gefallen. Einige Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Pfannen könnten erneuert werden, aber es war alles da was benötigt wird. Die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Miami sans le décalage horaire !!!!
Une location impeccable, propre, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Bon matelas. Piscine appréciable pour se rafraichir lors de ces grosses chaleurs. Super marchés à Miami ouverts tous les jours et tard dans la soirée. Marina nous a accueillis avec ponctualité et très disponible pour connexion internet. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour nous protéger des moustiques et pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Thank you for your review. We don't have mosquito netting on the windows because most people keep the windows closed at night and prefer to use the air conditioning instead. Also, with the large patio doors in the living room and the terrace that cannot be netted, there seems to be little point in putting mosquito nets on the smaller windows. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay.

Fijne woning voor een heerlijke vakantie
Fijne vakantiewoning. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Doordat het zo warm was waren we dubbel zo blij met de airco en het zwembad. Bij aankomst stond Marina klaar met een mand met producten. Dat is een warm welkom!

Haus an der Costa Dorada
Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Urbanisation, die Innenstadt , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und die Strände sind ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen. Gegenüber des Hauses ist eine begrünte Brachfläche mit Müllcontainer, dort halten sich sehr sehr viele Katzen auf die anscheinend dort auch gefüttert werden. Das Haus selbst ist relativ klein aber für vier Personen geeignet, es sind zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, die Möblierung ist etwas Old Fashioned. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr sauber und alles ist intakt. Zwei Räume sind klimatisiert. Die Küche ist sehr klein, man kann nur alleine darin arbeiten, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen leider überall Mückenschutz Fenster, und dort gibt es sehr viele Mücken. Der Swimmingpool ist schön aber man teilt in sich mit den anderen Wohneinheiten. Die Frau die das Objekt am Ort verwaltet beziehungsweise die Reinigung in ihren Händen hat, ist unfreundlich.

I agree that there are no mosquito nets on the windows. I completely disagree that the lady who manages our house (not just the cleaner...) is unfriendly. Everyone else finds her extremely friendly. Look at other reviews. This stems from the fact that this customer was rude to her and threw things down the hall when she was in the house collecting dirty linen at a time that the customer did not believe was afternoon. Afternoon starts at 12:00 or noon, exactly the same word in German NACHMITTAG. She visited at around 12:30 and met with aggression and rudeness, because they were in bed - at noon. The town administration is progressively sterilising the cat population, so over time the cats will diminish in numbers. Unfortunately there will always be people who want to feed stray cats.

Superbe accueil et disponibilités pour l arrivée et le départ. Propriété avec toutes le commodités nécessaires, très bien placé pour la découverte de la région et des plages. Piscine chaude et très propre. Bref un séjour idéal, nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Vacances en famille à Miami Platja
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison était très agréable et très bien équipée ! Les autres copropriétaires étaient très sympathiques ce qui contribuait à donner une bonne ambiance autour de la piscine partagée. Nous avons pu profiter de la situation de la ville pour visiter Tarragone et le delta de l’Ebre. La ville et les plages nous ont bien plu. Merci à Marina qui nous a bien accueilli et recommandé des bonnes adresses !

Super location
Nous avons passés un super séjour dans la maison, l'endroit est calme, la piscine est superbe. Maison très fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Dommage pour le lit parapluie, il y en avait un alors qu'on nous avais dit le contraire, nous en avons transporter un pour rien. Très bon échange avec Marina pour l'état des lieux, je recommence les yeux fermés cette location 😊

Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet so dass man beim Ankommen Außer Lebensmittel erstmal nichts braucht. Marina hat uns sogar ein kleines Wilkommenspaket bereit gestellt und war sehr höflich. Vorsicht ist mit der Waschmaschine geboten. Wir haben Sie leider überladen und somit unsere Kaution verloren. In den Mietbedingungen steht dass die Waschmaschine nicht überlastet werden darf. Man verschätzt sich doch sehr schnell. Wir sind mit unserem Sohn gereist und haben vor Ort ein Reisebett gekauft und dort im Haus gelassen für die nächsten Kinder. Sandspielzeug war sogar auch schon im Schrank was wir prima mit zum Strand nehmen konnten. Mit dem Stromverbrauch sind wir auch super ausgekommen. Ein bisschen schade fand ich das dort Jugendliche am 4ten Tag in eine der anderen Villen einzogen und man sich mit Kleinkind einschränken musste. Aber so ist es mit Gemeinschaftspool.

Maison agréable et reposante tout confort
Nous avons passés une excellent séjour dans la villa. La maison est très propre et bien rangée. Nous y avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire et la climatisation est un atout majeur. La piscine est également très propre et c'est très agréable de pouvoir s'attabler a ses abords de notre terrasse. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de voir que quelqu'un venait chaque semaine faire l'entretien. La maison est au calme, on s'y sent comme chez soi! Nous avons eu un agréable accueil par Marina et nous avons été touché des produits de bienvenue a notre attention. Le propriétaire est très gentil et réactif lors de nos échanges par mail. En résumé nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location où il fait bon vivre et n'hésiterons pas a y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour en Espagne.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons bénéficie d' un très bon accueil , la maison est fonctionnelle très bien entretenue .il est agréable de prendre les repas dans la loggia face à la piscine qui a fait le bonheur de mes enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir .

station balneaire tres calme . bien pour une famille.
La villa etait tres propre et au calme et a proximité de toutes commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, boucherie et institut de beauté et petites boutiques de plage) . Miami playa tres tres calme. ideale pour se reposer. La température de l'eau de playa cristal tres agreable mais sable rugueux et pierres dans l'eau.. heureusement nous avions la piscine pour les enfants . Pour plages, ambiance et shopping, nous allions a Cambrils a 12 km, Salou a 23 km, et Taragone a 35 km. ainsi qu'à Portaventura.

Schöne Unterkunft ...
Die 3.5 Zimmer Villa war wie beschrieben. Für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall alles was man braucht inkl. Gewürze, Putzmittel, Waschmittel, Alufolie, WC Papier usw. Der Pool ist gross und schön und wäre zur Benutzung von 5 solchen Villas. Wir hatten jedoch glück und die anderen Villas waren unbewohnt. Das Ort Miami Platja war jetzt nicht so unser Geschmack. Der Strand in Hospitalet d'enfant war schöner und hatte auch weniger Kieselsteine bis gar keine beim Einstieg ins Meer. Der Sandstrand war an beiden Orten breit und schön und sehr gepflegt. Ueberall hat es WC sowie Duschen und Abfallbehälter. Der Ort ist jedoch gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Barcelona, Salou, Port Aventuras World, Tarragona usw. Uns hat dieser Aufenthalt sehr gefallen!

I am pleased that the villa was all you could wish for and that you enjoyed the stay. I can't guarantee that there won't be anyone else in the other 4 villas (they are owned by other people) but it is quite often the case that our guests are the only ones staying so they have sole use of the pool and bbq area. There are several beaches and coves in Miami Platja including the European Blue Flag beach Cristal Playa and of course L'hospitalet is very close as well so there are plenty of well looked after beaches to choose from. I agree that it's a great central location for outings to Tarragona, Salou, Port Aventura, Barcelona etc either by train or by car.
