"We were three families with small children whom stayed for a week during half term. Lovely place and great facilities. Nelly and Michel hosted us well and Pierre helped with supplies for our arrival. We did not have a car and got transfers from Barcelona airport. This worked well.... as we we happy to stay in resort and our 4yr olds were ok with the hill up to the gondola. A lovely house and great week. "

"Super séjour dans cette station familiale. La neige était au rdv, la météo favorable. Des circuits de balade pour aller voir les lacs (balcere et balmettes) très sympas. Nombreuses activités en dehors de ski (Anglea, médiathèque, bowling). Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Et de nombreuses rencontres avec des biches, des cerfs juste en dessous du chalet. "Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "We had an enjoyable stay in the cabin during the Christmas time. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager, and the timing for the check-in and check-out were flexible.
