Appartement bien situé en ville, avec toutefois un accès en voiture un peu compliqué…Appartement correct en équipement. Par contre l’immeuble et toutes les parties communes sont dans un triste état à tout point de vue. C’est fort dommage car pour moi le coût de la prestation englobe tout.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location. La propriétaire est très gentille et réactive, très bonne communication. Le logement est propre, bien équipé, nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. Le second étage est toutefois sportif avec 4 enfants mais c'est le seul inconvénient de l'appartement. Merci beaucoup 🙂

Appartement très bien situé au Mont Dore

Appartement lumineux (au dernier étage) et bien agencé/équipé. 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de douche et Wc, un 3ème wc indépendant, très apprécié quand on est 8 ! Propriétaire sympathique et très réactive en cas de besoin. Petit bémol, pas de place de parking privée mais avec un peu de patience, on trouve.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre très fonctionnel et très lumineux avec une vue splendide. Avec un bébé c'est parfait il y a tout ce qu'il faut en matériel. Dommage que les communs soient en mauvais état et pas propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et vraiment arrangeant. Une adresse à retenir sans hésitation.

Un logement calme et lumineux.

Nous allons souvent au Mont Dore, mais nous n'avions encore jamais eu un appartement avec une si belle vue et bien exposé. Avec ses six fenêtres au total, on peut avoir vu soit sur le Sancy exposé au sud, ou sur la ville et notamment l'église. Seule une des deux chambres est un petit peu plus sombre car elle donne sur un des versant de la montagne. Mais en général, cet appartement est plutôt agréable et bien agencé.

appartement centre ville bien equipe pour rayonner dans la region.

Appartement en plein centre mais nombreuses places de stationnement à proximité. (Juillet), stationnement au pied de l'immeuble possible brievement pour charger decharger la voiture et pas de nuisances nocturnes. Propriétaires très acceuillants et arrangeants. Immeuble ancien avec parties communes à rafraîchir mais l'appartement est tres propre , bien équipé et de bonne surface et c'est l'essentiel pour qui veut simplement un logement pour visiter les environs. Salle d'eau dans chaque pièce (ancien hotel) ce qui permet des douches simultanées pour toute la famille ou 2 couples. Boulanger , supérette et cinéma agreable a moins de 50m. L' église juste en face ne sonne que 2 ou 3 fois dans la journée et n'est donc pas un soucis pour un séjour tranquille. Vues sur Puy de Sancy depuis l'appartement. Satisfait donc de cette location de près de 2 semaines.
