"La Croix Morand" apartment, 31 m², rated 2**, located on the 3rd and top floor, no lift (building secured by an entry code), this apartment consists of:<br>- a living room with two 90-cm sofa beds (which can be converted into one large bed), equipped with an 80-cm TV featuring Netflix and YouTube, accessible with your account via free Wi-Fi, Board game case<br>- a kitchen open to the living room via a bar with a stool (equipped with a convection oven, microwave, induction cooktop, permanent filter coffee maker, raclette and crêpe maker, kettle, and toaster),<br>- a bedroom with one 140 cm bed,<br>- a shower room with an integrated toilet, including a hair dryer and towel warmer,<br>- dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies provided.<br>You have access to the 100m² shared garden, which features a large picnic table, a pétanque court, a 4-burner gas grill, a ping-pong table, darts, giant Mikado, and many small games for children...<br>The sauna is available upon request (€10/week / excluding the COVID period)<br>You have access to the self-service washing machine and dryer in the laundry room in the basement. (Laundry detergent provided)<br>Ski storage, hiking boots, and strollers are available on the ground floor.<br>Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked under the porch, accessible through the garden gate with a secure access (code)<br>We can provide: a travel cot, high chair, and baby bathtub (upon request).<br>Sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not included in the rental. You can rent them from the Sancy concierge service:<br>- €15 per 90cm or 140cm bed<br>- €5 per person for linens (towel, bath mat, and tea towel)<br>Housekeeping is not included in the rental:<br>- you may arrange for housekeeping through the concierge service: €50 (excluding kitchen and dishes; a €30 surcharge applies if the kitchen and dishes are not cleaned).<br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Hosting parties is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
