"The front desk manager was very nice and helpful, he did a great job. There is no elevator in this hotel…I was on the 5th floor, so it was quite the climb everyday. The email communication before arriving was a little strange…I think I received 3 different codes to use for the entrance. I used the latest one I received and it worked. The TV in my room did not initially connect to the Roku service, so they had to come fix it. The hand towel in my room had eye makeup on it, the one they gave me to replace it had hair on it. Then they ran out of hand towels, so they gave me several wash cloths to use. (How does a hotel run out of hand towels?) Overall though it was a decent stay. I really appreciate they completely renovated this older apartment building. Also, the luggage storage they offer is a big plus."

"I really enjoyed the amenities specially that I have an 11 year-old and a four year-old so as a mom it’s great to have a little kitchenette. I love that there was free parking as well. As for the items in the room, it wasn’t enough towels, soaps are the usual things that you find in a hotel room. We requested housekeeping for just a day as it was every other day cleaning and you’re a bit disappointed with the cleaning. Besides that the staff at the lobby we’re walking around were really friendly and nice."
