It was perfect for our group for a soccer tournament in nearby Snohomish. The couch/bed options for kids was perfect. The laundry in the unit was a major bonus with the need to wash jerseys. The appliances were perfect. My only wish is that there were more mirror options since it’s just a 1 bathroom unit (just for getting ready when someone is in the bathroom). Be aware that there are stairs if that's an issue (wasn't for our group), and the 2 chairs that fold out to beds are in the main room by the TV. Perfect for our teens boys, but may not be for others. We rented 203 and 204 for a wedding weekend. The location is perfect. Close to the main highway, and only a block off main street. We were able to walk to dinner and coffee. The wedding was in Sultan so only 15 minutes from the festivities. Perfect size apartments, appreciated coffee makers, and all the small amenities we needed. Happy each apartment had a portable AC. The host Emmanuel was great, communicated and accommodating with all our needs. Clean and safe property, would recommend 1000%.
