"Business stay 4 nights. Convenient location for Convention center. Beds were comfy and room was clean, breakfast was good and included in stay. Front desk staff were always friendly. Not very far from key sight seeing locations. Walked to space needle, pikes place, and even back from t-mobile ballpark one evening. Lots of restaurant options."

"Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel. "
