The cleaning crew puts the latch in the door and goes in and out several times letting the door bang on the latch, that got so irritating every day. They had it on their website and on the TV guide in the rooms but went to top floor and it was closed permanently. All we had was the bar or the lobby restaurant that was not suitable for kids and way over priced."

"The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but the hotel only agreed to 30% which is better than nothing, but really not enough to convince a client to come back. Disappointing."
