"I was moving out of my house in Albany, OR after 6 years, & I needed a bedroom for a couple nights in the process. My stay @ Phoenix was a solid 8/10. Quiet, a lot of space, nice service in the lobby, honestly no complaints. I had a nice 3 nights. & I’ll certainly miss Albany, OR. "

"It was a wonderful stay, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was nice with lots of variety. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked really nice too. The only con was the mattress was a lot firmer than I’m used to, but the bedding was very nice and they gave plenty of pillows. "

"This was our first time staying at a Doubletree. One thing i loved about this was they came in and tidied up our room each day leaving us with fresh towels, a made bed and bottled water. The bed was super comfortable. The hall way was noisy with doors slamming all the time and the breakfast wasnt free like most hotels we have stayed at. "

"The staff was tremendous. The only challenge were the elevators. Limited access and very very slow."

"The man at the desk was super helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and bed comfortable. Shower was great. We got a phone call at 430am waking us up, but there was no one. I noted one of the phones was disconnected, so maybe it had happened before. I called the desk and she said someone from my room had called her. It happened again at 5:15. So there must be some glitch in the phone system. "

"Service was great. Room was confortable and clean minus Ironing board looked like previously used as grilled cheese board (including melted cheese) . Kids loved pool! "
