"The location was quite perfect (walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the bridge to the beaches). The room (and other areas we could use) were immaculately clean and quite attractive, and interesting art was visible. We were also provided with great self-serve breakfast, which most VRBOs don't provide. Note that the room is on the 3rd floor, and they strictly forbid guests (that policy isn't on the VRBO listing)"

"This was my first trip to the Highlands. We loved the atmosphere. This house is steps away from night life and walkable to the charming downtown. People were so friendly. The rooftop patio was amazing place to view all the surroundings and relax. It was also minutes away by car to sandy Hook National Park that had lovely sandy beaches and history for the explorers. We will definitely vacation here again."
