"I cannot explain how horrible the one night was. Check in was a nightmare. The rooms were gross. I had 8 rooms booked for 10 individuals and 5 staff attending the Special Olympics and not one of them everything worked or was clean. Things were just grimy. From lots of different unknow substances splattered on walls and ceilings, cockroaches, broken toilets, air conditioner not working, room phones not working, the indoor pool and hot tub was dry as a bone, the halls felt like you were in a sauna, the guy at the desk was barefoot putting out the free breakfast, I showed him a video of the coach roaches and he stood there with his mouth open. The beds made a metal bang noise every time you shifted your weight. It was a night and morning from hell!"

"Staff was not helpful. No remote in the room, went to the front desk and got one and it didn't work, finally just gave up. They didn't have the king bed room we reserved and gave us a handicap accessible double bed room and didn't say a word about it when checking in, when we asked about it later they blamed Expedia. The room was clean and the bed(s) were comfortable."

"You need more variety of diet pop in your vending machines. Our floor had none and the other floor I checked only had one available, which I bought. Also the refrigerator was somewhat noisy as it kept banging periodically and woke me up a couple of times. Otherwise it was a nice stay."
