The owners went above and beyond in helpfullness from arranging for onsite car rental, taxis, food...getting a room for our friends at another hotel since they were sold out....they were truly exceptional in flexibility and overall service. "The location can't be beat, it's 100 yards from the ferry dock, and another 100 yards to the beach. The ground floor is a shop, you need to find the shopkeeper to check in. I got a room overlooking the street, it was larger than I was expecting (though the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen haha). The room had air conditioning which was appreciated. My balcony sliding glass door didn't create a deal with the wall, there was probably about a quarter inch gap. This was fine for the A/C, but...
