"Nice grounds. Nice staff. However the room smelled musty like sweaty socks. It seemed to be clean. Tiny yet doable workable gym. ... No breakfast; no bar, just coffee. The restaurant is only open on the weekend. They charge a resort fee for what I don't know. Nice little pool. Lots and lots of kids. But overall, my room was pretty quiet. I would stay here again. At least there's a nice refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The bed is decent. The gym is tiny, but doable. Not bad for what it is: the grounds in the forest around here are really nice."
"The room was clean and spacious. The microwave and fridge were nice to have available and the property was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

Horse friendly Mountain Hideaway under the rim with scenic views!
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and great for a couple. Only thing we would suggest is to have another bedside table with easy access bedside outlets that include USB plug-ins for plugging phone devices into for charging and easy access."
Large, Beautiful Cabin on Tonto Creek in Kohl's Ranch /Game Room/Hot Tub/Views
10/10 Excellent
"Stop! Don't pack so much! This is a cabin that thinks of everything--even a first aid kit! There is a fully equipped kitchen (including spices, sharp knives and every electronic appliance you will want). Generous linens, extra chairs for visitors, boots on the shelf for fishing and snow days! Even jackets in various sizes! Walk out on one of the decks and just sit and enjoy the quiet! Tonto creek is your back yard - kids and adults alike enjoyed walking in the creek catching crawdads and snails. The birds were singing and the breeze was softly whispering. A few hikers walked by and were happy to say hello and say how the fishing was going! Check-in instructions were easy to follow (soo many remotes). There are FOUR levels of cabin to enjoy. Everyone had their favorite spot from ages 6 months to 67 years! Meals inside -- easy for 10. Meals outside - perfect! Fire pit (wood provided--we left extra). Fire ring upstairs perfect! We will be back.........."
