8.8/10 Excellent! (39 reviews)
We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee.
Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

The room was hot no matter what they did. Thu changed our room on the second day and still not. The temperature on the unit never changed no matter what we or they did.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (380 reviews)
Location is like an oasis in the countryside, situated in the middle of a pristine golf course. Family room was spacious and impressive - the first 2 storey hotel room we’ve stayed in! Swimming and spa facilities were great, however was unstaffed so had to bring own towels from upstairs. Breakfast was scrumptious, although to be charged afterwards was a bit of a surprise (we were told it was included at check-in). Overall, a lovely relaxing stay at the end of our European road trip.

"Beautiful hotel in a peaceful, quiet location 30 minutes away from the city. The spa was incredible, we felt so refreshed and relaxed afterward. There are good restaurant options in the small town that are great too. Only change would be using less intense lights in the hallways at night, they were ..."
