"Very nice hotel with a great atmosphere and spectacular view. It's a bit of a walk to the city centre - downhill all the way there, steep uphill coming back. Restaurant is excellent and the staff is top notch."

"We had an overall very positive experience staying at this hotel. The property itself was nice and generally clean. Housekeeping did a great job with daily service, including making the beds and tidying up the room. That said, there were a few small details that could be improved, such as empty bottles occasionally being left on the patio areas. Breakfast was simple but good, and it was a nice way to start the day. One minor inconvenience was that getting extra towels sometimes took a bit of time, especially during busier periods. The location was definitely a highlight. Being situated in the Old Town area made it incredibly easy to walk around and explore, and we found the people in the area to be very friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of drawbacks worth noting. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal, and on a few nights it was quite loud outside. Since opening the windows lets in a lot of noise, it made sleeping a bit challenging at times. Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 4 out of 5 for Quito. With just a few improvements, it could easily be even better."

"Great little hotel in the historic area of Quito. Very walkable and also close to a subway entrance (San Francisco) to get to other parts of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The arranged for an airport pick-up for us and also an early morning ride to the airport when we were leaving. Delicious breakfast included as well. "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
