  • Villa, south facing, with sea view, entirely renovated and benefiting from all the amenities. Situated on the edge of the village of La Turbie, near Monaco, Nice, Menton and Italy. Surrounded by a 750m2 garden, 2 parking spaces and 2 terraces. The one covered, the other arbor. Consisting of 3 separate rooms "6 beds, 1 large living room and 2 bathrooms and 2 WC including one independent." Our house has been highly appreciated by past guests (see section "Likes"

Wonderful stay - we will return!

The house and its setting is lovely. The owner is also wonderful and easy to contact. We had a relaxing two week holiday, and can't wait to return.

Great Stay

This was our second stay and it was wonderful. Check-in was easy, the house was clean and beautiful with a wonderful view. Contacting the owner was also easy. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning.

Beautifully situated house with a fantastic view

The house is located on a slope of the nice town of La Turbie, which is centrally located on the French Riviera. It has a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea and is fully furnished. There are two beautiful terraces and a beautiful balcony. A major drawback for us was that our large car could not be parked in the driveway of the house. A large car is difficult in this region at all, because many streets, garages, etc. are not built for them. Furthermore, the house was not clean upon arrival.

Grand prix monaco

Endroit superbe pour visiter la region et assister au grand prix F1 Petit bémol l'accès en voiture mais nous laissions la voiture sur le petit parking en bas nickel Simple escalier et Accès direct aux commerces et au bourg de La Turbie magnifique Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique Un seul petit reproche signalé directement au propriétaire .Fort Possible que nous y revenions si l'occasion se présentait

Ein bemerkenswerter schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt malerisch am Hang des Dorfes La Turbie. Der Blick auf das Meer und die umgebenden Hügel ist wundervoll. Man kommt von hier sehr schnell nach Monaco, das gleich hinter dem nächsten Hügel liegt. Auch Nizza ist mit dem Auto nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Über eine Treppe ist man in zwei Minuten im Ort, wo etliche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind. Auch ein sehr freundlicher Bäcker versorgt einen sieben Tage die Woche mit frischen Baguettes, Croissants und anderen Köstlichkeiten. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau noch etwas zum kritisieren sucht, dann kann man erwähnen, dass die Mücken auf der Terrasse schon etwas nervig sind, die Straße oberhalb des Hauses recht stark befahren ist und der Weg zum Haus schon einen erfahren Autofahrer braucht, da er recht eng und steil ist. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass wir diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen würden. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und es war einfach wundervoll.

Ein Flopp das Ferienhaus

Begrüßung durch den Besitzer Roland Comte. Ein empathischer Mensch! Leider war nur eine Kommunikation in französisch möglich. Beim betreten des Hauses ist uns ein modriger Geruch aufgefallen, in vielen Fällen ist das ein Hinweis für bestehenden Schimmelbefall. Hat sich leider bestätigt. Herrn Comte meinte das wäre ein Lüftungsproblem und meinte dieser Geruch wird sich durch lüften auflösen. Leider war das ein Versprechen was nicht eintrat. Die Ursache woher der schlechte muffige Geruch kam konnten wir erst am Abend feststellen. Der Wasser-Küchenabfluss war nicht mehr gewährleistet und unter dem Waschbecken habe ich einen Schwarzschimmel festgestellt. Bemerkbar macht sich Schimmel durch einen modrigen Geruch im gesamten Haus, der auch nach Dauer-Lüften bestehen blieb. Es waren sommerliche Temperaturen und so konnte man die Türen und Fenster ständig offen lassen. Diese Praxis hat nur kurzfristig geholfen. Ein Kontakt mit Herrn Comte kam am Anreisetag und auch am Folgetag nicht zustande. Ich musste am Folgetag, Sonntag den 21.05.2023, akut in die Notfallbehandlung i, CENTRE HOSPITALIER PRINCESSE GRACE MONACO; aufsuchen. Die Verweildauer war 9 Stunden; danach hat man festgestellt das eine Verursachung durchaus mit dem Geruch und den Ekel zusammenhing. Ratschlag eine sofortige Abreise die aber erst am Mittwoch den 24.05.2023 für mich und meine Schwester (COPD-Patientin) möglich war. Alle Hotels waren ausgebucht und so bin ich weiterhin in dem Haus verblieben Mehr Text zum Thema

Très agréable maison de vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjours. La maison est très bien équipée et grande. Les terrasses et le jardin sont un plus. Une vue magnifique. La localisation de la maison est parfaite ( proche des petits commerces). Le propriétaire est très accueilant.

Séjour agréable

Location idéalement bien placée pour aller voir le carnaval de Nice et de Menton ainsi que la visite de Monaco La location est bien équipée la literie est impeccable seul petit bémol l’accès en voiture mais la solution c’est de laisser sa voiture en ville et prendre l’escalier qui donne au pied de la location Nous remercions le propriétaire de son accueil et de ses conseils

Belle situation du gîte

Un gîte très bien situé près de Monaco (accessible par un bus à prendre pas très loin de la location ) une belle vue et tous les commerces de bouche à proximité Un accueil très agréable Pour un des couchages la literie mériterait d’être changée ( observation faite à la propriétaire à notre départ )Le linge de toilette n’est pas fourni contrairement à l’annonce .

Location très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison. Nous étions 6 adultes et il y avait assez de place pour tous. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse ombragée à l'arrière ! Maison très bien équipée et bien placée pour de nombreuses visites et proche des commerces. Propriétaire charmant. Seul bémol l'accès très compliqué et impossible avec un gros véhicule (nous avions un minibus de 9 places). Mais très bon rapport qualité/ prix.

We are looking forward to return on the next years.

La Turbie is perfectly situated between Nice and Monaco. We have also enjoyed everything between and above like Eze, Menton, Cap d’Ail, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat, Imperia (Italy) and their beautiful beaches. Despite the fact a car is necessary, the access to village’s center is only two minutes’ walk. The groceries and the restaurants here are very good and not expensive considering the area. The house is very comfortable, almost all supplies have been provided and the internet is good. The owner was very welcoming, responsive to all our demands and questions. We are looking forward to return on the next years. Thanks a lot!

Très bon séjour à la Turbie

Une belle maison accueillante avec un beau jardin fruitier et une vue magnifique de la mer entre les montagnes. Proche de Nice et Monaco. L'hôte est très accueillant et de bons conseils pour la visite du coin. Seul petit bémol, l'accès à la maison est un peu compliqué sinon parking juste au dessus avec toutes les commodités.

Comfortable stay.

The house is comfortable and very central (we stayed 2 weeks) we found shopping easy in La Turbie, including the Thursday morning market. We found it a little difficult to park at the house initially as our car is huge and the road rather steep, but there is plenty of off road parking. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner is lovely and we felt very welcome, so all in all a wonderful stay. If you are a birdwatcher, you will love the birdsong/birdwatching (and also the butterflies).
