Living room with TV, connected speaker... as well as a beautiful dining area 1st floor : "Tomettes" room with 1 double bed (160). (possibility 2 separed single bed) with exterior access. "Canisses" room with 1 double bed (160). (possibility 2 separed single bed) and 1 single bed (80). Bathroom with indepedante WC. Washing machine in a outside room. Large covered wooden terrace overlooking the valley equipped with deckchairs, hammock, large table, plancha... Private swimming pool of 6m x 4m treated with salt (below) with secure access and relaxation furniture. Boules court. Land planted with olive trees Parking with 16a socket to recharge electric vehicle at an additional cost 10 minutes from l'Escarène by car, you will have to take a concrete track for 1km, then a dirt track for 1.6 km, passable but not recommended for vehicles that are too low. We are pleased to provide you with a house that we have restored and decorated as if we were to live there. This place is our history. It was only a simple olive tree shelter when our parents bought this ruin, its land and its soul...We wanted to keep all the simplicity of the place but also wanted to transform and sublimate the work of our parents into a haven of peace with great comfort. Christine put all her heart, her art, her sensitivity, her subtlety, into placing and remastering numerous family heirlooms. Corinne now brings her special touch without us realizing it!
