After booking (automatically accepted) and paying, we received news from the owner/property manager that this apartment was NOT available.
We were offered an alternative location, which we accepted for 1 night, but this was not in comparison to the advertised and booked accommodation. We booked another accommodation the same evening of arriving.
Although the property manager was kind to provide this first night solution, we are still awaiting refund of the paid amount, and have difficulties in getting responses from the property management.
