"The home was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs, with beds to spare. It was clean and organized, complete with the essentials. Linens, dishes, towels, etc. The host was fantastic and, came by twice to pickup the trash. The view of the falls was amazing and, we climbed them everyday. Venturing in a couple times. We had so much fun playing games and making smores at the fire pit and just chatting. With such hectic lives this was the perfect private location to unwind and catch up with each other. We would all highly recommend it. We didn't want to leave."

"We came in late and left early so we didn’t see much or explore the property. It was ok. It felt a bit dated but the room was clean and staff was very friendly."

"It was our second time staying at the house and everything worked out great. We had a question for Tom, the owner, and he was very responsive. Great little house on Ackers Pond. We fished Umbagog for 2 full days. It was nice to come back to a clean home at each night. The AC worked great and kept the house nice and comfortable. Thank you Tom!"

"The location was amazing.The host was very responsive. Place could have been cleaner( blankets, trash in cans, wet dirty towels and some personal dirty items left in bathroom). Had to take sporadic showers because hot water ran out very fast. Very hot top level where 2 bedrooms were located, even with the fans that were in the room."

"We visited this lake house on a warm week in August and spent most of the day kayaking, fishing, swimming, and exploring. We loved the views and the amenities and cooked almost every meal on their black stone grill on the deck to an amazing view! The cabin was well stocked which made buying groceries and cooking meals rather than driving 25 minutes to a restaurant the preferred choice!"

"Host Andre was extremely responsive. The home was in a lovely area and was well stocked with plenty of clean linens and toiletries even shampoo and conditioners. Spacious home close to fun activities including nature walks and a short drive to covered bridge and gem museum (15 entrance fee but fun experience). Family and pet friendly with nice host. Big dining table that seats eight which is nice for family dinners. Large tv upstairs and one downstairs and in main bedroom. We don’t need bunk beds but there are plenty for those with kids. Nice large windows with lovely views and heat pumps for air conditioning which is nice. Three bathrooms-one on each level. Main bath has large double vanity. We would definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much, the cabin is set up well for multiple people and we appreciated the proximity to a wedding venue 1 mile away. Beds were comfy too and a great view. Our only disappointment was the lack of air conditioning which we didn’t realize, plenty of fans but it was unseasonably warm; note, air conditioning was not advertised so it was our responsibility to have known about it."
