"We arrived for check in to find nobody at the hotel. It took 5 phone calls and 1hour later for anybody to turn up to let us in. This understandably is unacceptable! The 'parking' was little to non-existent and whilst the bnb was clean, the decor was a little 'too much' for our taste. Location is miles out of the city with parking very difficult in the city centre. Breakfast was very average...overall, I would not stay here again."

The very high heater pumped lots of warm air, loudly, into the top of the room, which didn't quite ever make it down to the bed where we were. "Arrived around Midnight. Welcomed by a very kind and service oriented receptionist. Considering the cost, the room was extremely nice and clean with a large balcony. Breakfast (included) was well assorted and og in good wuality and well tasting. Surroundings/tables/attention to covid risk reduction absolutely fine. Only reason for not not giving top marks is that noise from cleaning of the stairway and from other guests woke me up 6 am"
