Finally clarified by noon. I questioned why we had to move. Manager blamed expedia for miscommunication. Spent hours trying to sort this out. Finally agreed to cancel 3rd night and paid for2 plus a fee. Horrible customer service. No effort towork to solve util i asked todpeak with his boss. We paid a premium to stay in this property to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Both days there were anything but relaxing."
