"This property is a little on the older side and is showing its age, but it was very clean and comfortable. This is a townhouse with shared walls on either side, but that was not a problem for us. We traveled with our dogs, so the private fenced back yard was great to have. The neighborhood seems cozy and safe. Jessica was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come back!"

"Very spacious stay. There was a few things broken upon arrival and I told the host. Nothing crazy or anything that made our stay uncomfortable. They said there was a party the night before, so that’s not their fault. The fridge wouldn’t cool, which wasn’t ideal. But the bathrooms could have been cleaned better. They smelled like urine, and just didn’t look so clean. "

"After an unforeseeable cancellation with another individual, I was able to reserve this property the day before I needed to come to Pensacola for my daughter’s graduation. This house provided everything needed. This was my first time renting this way. It will not be my last. We had much more space than we would ever have had at a hotel and it was also less expensive. We had a great experience and made some good memories for my daughter. THANK YOU!"
