The location was great. It was very close to parks, nice restaurants and shops. The area is safe and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice. There's not an elevator that we saw so a little exercise was had. However, the staff was so nice and helpful with someone stationed at the door 24 hours. I would recommend this hotel.

The Hacienda Pena Pobre is a beautiful and relaxing please to stay in Mexico City. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The staff extremely professional and friendly. I will stay there again soon.

Property was beautiful. But some of the stairs were narrow and twisted and not easy to navigate, also public transportation was at least a block to several blocks away from the hotel; this situation was difficult especially in the rain
