Casa Blanquita for 10 people
The house because of its location on the road to Santiago and in the center of the historic center of Molinaseca, will allow any family or group to enjoy the town itself, with its wineries, restaurants, routes, river ... as well as everything it offers the Bierzo region.
The house is restored, respecting the wood and stone materials in which it was built. It has 4 very spacious rooms, as well as a very comfortable living-dining room and kitchen. It has all the necessary services both in the rooms and in the common areas, being able to highlight its furniture made or restored by hand. Winner of the 2nd prize of the X Edition of Palacio de Canedo Awards (2017) for restoration and recovery of traditional buildings in El Bierzo.

Respecto a la casa, tiene habitaciones amplias con escritorio. A nivel de limpieza, espectaular. La cocina está totalmente equipada y además se proporciona todo lo necesario básico para ir tirando. A pesar del frío fuera, dentro se estaba perfectamente gracias a la calefacción y a la estufa de pellets que hay en la planta baja. Es muy acogedora y totalmente reformada. Situada en la calle principal del pueblo, ahora en invierno es una zona muy tranquila pero al ser pequeño, se puede hacer la ruta de vinos por los bares (menos que en verano) e integrarse con la gente del pueblo.Respecto a la ubicación, a 5 km de Ponferrada donde están todos los servicios disponibles. El pueblo, además de muy bonito, especialmente la zona del puente romano, ofrece varias rutas de senderismo de diferentes niveles. Hay una buena cantidad de bodegas de la DO Bierzo a una distancia corta que se pueden visita, empezando por la que está en el propio pueblo.Finalmente, nuestra anfitriona fue fantástica, tanto en la recepción como durante la estancia. Todo facilidades y siempre disponible si se la necesitaba.
La casa está muy bien, fuimos 5 personas, pero caben muchas más. Baños y habitaciones amplias. La cocina algo pequeña para trabajar. Todo limpio.
Situada en el centro del pueblo al lado del camino de Santiago. Si te molesta el ruido de la gente en los bares para dormir, no es tu casa, pq tienes 2 junto a ella. Quitando ésto, la recomendamos.
La casa esta genial, muy bien ubicada para conocer el bierzo. Tiene de todo para la ocupacion que es, calentita, las camas muy comodas. Si vuelvo a ir por esa zona con amigos, sin duda me gustaria repetir.
La casa está perfecta. Es acogedora y no puede estar más limpia. El entorno llama a la ruta y al descanso.

We were so pleased with this rental. It was the first time we had the experience where the location was actually even better than the photos. This place is immaculate, with more space than we knew what to do with. Our daughter was thrilled to have the third floor with its own bathroom all to herself. We had the middle floor with its own bath to ourselves and the first floor was a spacious living room, dining and kitchen area with its own half bath. The best part was that all the appliances, showers, windows, etc were as modern as can be yet the house itself kept with the ancient character of the village - phenomenal renovation job! The communication with the owners was fantastic. Cesar and Elena responded very quickly to all my messages and when we arrived, (late because of a train delay) Cesar was there to meet us at the door and give us a full tour. Then there is the town of Molinaseca itself which is like taking a leap back in history. I was thrilled there was a small grocery store with everything we needed right across the street. The owner was so nice, he gave us free trail mix to sample every time we visited and when we left, he came out to wish us well and say goodbye. The week in June while we were there, store was open from 9am - 10pm. (I’m not sure if it closed for siesta since we traveled during the day.) We enjoyed walking from one end of the village to the other looking at the architecture of the buildings, their gardens, the beautiful Roman bridge, the pretty river, the church. We have family in Ponferrada which is just a short 5 minute drive away. We will definitely look to book this rental again the next time we visit the area.

Una estancia maravillosa
Hemos podido disfrutar de esta maravilla de casa, situada en un hermoso pueblo, durante un fin de semana en una reunión anual de amigos. La casa fue de lo más acogedora con todos los servicios necesarios. Añadir que los dueños fueron de lo más atento y amables. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!
