Villa on 1500m2 property with heated pool
Private Villa in Golf Residence with 3 bed rooms and 1500m2 garden with heated pool.
The golf course and tennis court is within walking distance. The beach, shops and restaurants in a short 5 min drive.
The villa has 108m2 and can accomondate 6 people in 3 bed rooms.
In the spacious garden you can enjoy the secured and heated pool without any "vis à vis".
So in our garden you will find a round terrace with picnic table situated on a little hill which provides a great view.
The second single bed in room 3 is 80cm wide.
The pool heating is not included in the price starting from October until May.

Villa très bien équipée, emplacement calme
La maison est très bien équipée et bien située, dans un environnement calme et boisé mais également à une courte distance à vélo de la mer & des bars/restaurants.
La procédure d’arrivée/départ est très simple, Phil est très réactif aux différentes demandes.
