  • The villa measures 170 m² on two floors and is furnished with stylish, high-quality, and contemporary amenities.

    Upon entering through the main door, you are greeted by a beautiful, open-plan living room and a kitchen with double-height ceilings. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace and pool area.

    The seating area features large and comfortable corner sofas, from which you have a good view of the wall-mounted flat-screen digital TV (including English channels via Sky TV).

    The fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style refrigerator/freezer with a water and ice dispenser, as well as a professional double-burner oven with an induction cooktop.

    On the ground floor, there is a utility room, a separate toilet (wheelchair accessible), and three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the large terrace that surrounds the house. Two of the ground-floor bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The sauna with shower is also located on the ground floor.

    The staircase (beautifully illuminated at night) leads upstairs to two further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and a double bed that can be separated into two single beds.

    All five bedrooms feature high-quality linens, ample storage space, a large mirror, and a hairdryer.

    The south-facing terrace with a heated 9x4 meter saltwater pool is furnished with luxury loungers, two comfortable garden sofas, a two-person hammock, and two outdoor dining tables. Beyond the terrace, you'll find relaxing spots on the lawn overlooking the forest.

    A six-person hot tub and a large stainless steel plancha grill are located on the west-facing terrace.
