WELCOME TO THE ALBIZZI FAMILY

For your holidays, you will stay in our EAGLE apartment, pleasant, nicely decorated and located only 500 m from the main beach of XXL size and fine sand. In a beautiful luxury residence with swimming pool and large landscaped garden which allows direct access to the largest golf course of Moliets.

OUR EAGLE APARTMENT (Furnished ref. Town Hall: FR8RK5L1)
In a Golf and Ocean atmosphere, our apartment has a beautiful south-facing terrace, furnished for relaxation and dining.
A pleasant and very bright living room with a large bay window that gives access to the terrace. The sofa bed allows a very easy transformation into a sleeping area isolated from the rest of the apartment.
A functional and very well equipped American kitchen with the comfort of appliances.
A bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds in an alcove for children or young teenagers.
Sheets, pillows, blankets and light duvets are provided.
A bathroom with toilet.

In the apartment there are many useful, playful facilities for the beach, leisure and for the comfort of the whole family.

Cleaning and virucidal products are also provided.

Options possible to order and to choose from: shower towels (1 large and 1 small €10 per person), baby kit (booster seat with shelf, bed rail adaptable to bunk beds, bathtub €30), cleaning after departure (€60).

HIS SITUATION
On the 1st floor, our apartment will also allow you to take advantage of the assets of the residence: secure swimming pool with whirlpool, large landscaped garden, parking and access to a large lockable common room for the safety of bicycles for example.
For your parking, a numbered parking space is allocated to our apartment. If you wish, you can spend a car-free stay. Everything is within walking distance.
From there, you can walk, and at will, to the large supervised beach, shops, boutiques, restaurants, golf course or the forest of pines and cork oaks.

MOLIETS AND MAÂ / MOLIETS BEACH
If you don't know Moliets, it is a village with a pediment, typical of the southern Landes coast which extends to the ocean.
Moliets allows you to recharge your batteries in a soothing environment with its huge beach and its Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve.
For all nature lovers, it is a rare place in France that offers an oceanfront without buildings and stretches as far as the eye can see. The main beach is 1km500 long and is part of the longest beach in Europe (106 kms). Along the dune and the beach, you will find the links of one of the courses of its famous international golf course bordered by hundred-year-old trees.
Moliets offers festive entertainment, day and night markets, craft or artistic exhibitions but also a wide range of sports activities: surfing, golf, tennis, cycling, walks, hikes... and magnificent sunsets!
