About this property

Country villa, beautiful view, above ground pool, children's play area, a lac !

  • Bright, chalet-style villa in the heart of the countryside.

    Enjoy an exceptional, secluded setting: the house offers a magnificent panoramic view and absolute tranquility. Comfortable and very well-equipped, it also features air conditioning, perfect for hot weather.

    Outside, everything is designed for your enjoyment:

    A new, large above-ground pool (6m x 3m) was installed last summer, as the old one was damaged three years ago (which is why our house wasn't rented out the last few summers).
    The large 80m² terrace with a garden table and barbecue invites you to dine al fresco. The garden is a real treat for children of all ages: trampoline, swing, and a playhouse with a small slide. The above-ground pool is secured with a sliding ladder. Near the pool, a hammock is set up in the shade between two large mulberry trees for adults or children.

    Less than 2 km away, in our village, a lovely lake with a beach and a large playground await you.
    Less than a kilometre away, a horse-riding club offers pony and horseback rides for all levels!
    Stargazing; the night sky is a true delight from our terraces!

    We have installed mosquito nets on the windows to keep insects out.

    The house has three bedrooms:

    Bedroom 1: double bed
    Bedroom 2: two twin beds + a cot if needed.

    Bedroom 3: two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed (sleeps up to 3)

    There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor, a shower upstairs, and two toilets with washbasins each (one per floor). The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a balcony with a stunning view.

    The house is very welcoming and well-maintained. It would be perfect for couples with young children, possibly with grandparents, or two couples of friends.

    In the surrounding area
    Evenings come alive thanks to the late afternoon markets held in Molières and the surrounding villages: Montpezat, Castelnau, Mirabel… A wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious local products and take home some quality regional specialties.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances très agréables dans une grande maison très bien équipée. Avec la chaleur de cet été, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation et la piscine. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Merci à eux.

La piscine nous a sauvé !

Très beau spot ds le Quercy Blanc, calme (les chiens à côté sont vigilants mais n aboient pas la nuit.) la piscine n est pas tres grande mais bien pratique. L entretien est assez aisé une fois qu on a compris les etapes. Il y a aussi la Clim car le soleil tape très fort sur la façade sud. Il y avait du produit moustiques à notre arrivée. L équipement est bon et il y a pléthore de verres assiettes etc. Juste les poêles pourraient être changé. Husné est très chaleureuse et très bavarde. Elle nous a couvert de petites attentions. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment être perdus dans la nature. Tennis et équitation très proche + petite base nautique.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette propriété avec nos enfants (4 ans et 3 mois) et les grands parents. La maison est très bien équipée notamment pour les enfants (piscine hots sol, trampoline, toboggan, cabanes, jouets, etc..). La terasse est très agréable et la vue magnifique. Vous avez toutes les commodités a 15 min en voiture. Les hôtes sont très sympatiques et à l'écoute.

Fantastique !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et aux petits soins pour notre confort. La maison est propre, bien équipée avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante. L'équipement du jardin a ravi les petits et les grands. Une maison où on se sent bien et une region magnifique ! Comme dirait notre fils : "la maison des vacances nous manque !"

Vacances en famille très agréable

Arrivés en fin d'après-midi après un long voyage, nous avons été accueillis par Husné, la propriétaire, qui était disponible et avenante, prête à nous renseigner et nous aider pour nos recherches. La maison est grande et parfaitement propre, très bien équipée et de grand confort. Le jardin est très agréable, très au calme et sans vis à vis, avec des coins à l'ombre et d'autres au soleil, tout le monde y trouve son compte. La maison possède 3 terrasses, idéal pour le petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou apéro, et avec une splendide vue sur la vallée. La maison est idéale pour les familles avec enfants (Nous étions 7 : 2 adultes et 5 enfants) car possède piscine (hors sol donc sécurisée et suffisamment grande pour nous y accueillir tous en même temps sans se nager dessus), trampoline, balançoire, cabane en bois et jeux pour enfants, et pour les grands grands enfants d'un hamac pour siestes à l'ombre... Bref un séjour de 15 jours reposant, au soleil, en compagnie de cigales, dans un lieu très bien entretenu par des propriétaires attentifs à la qualité de leur accueil: à consommer sans modération!! Alors un grand merci à Husné et Yvan pour leur accueil chaleureux. Et à très bientôt. Nassima et Mickaël.
