"Staff was so helpul. I broke my arm a few days before arriving and needed some special arrangements to help with sleep. They were fantastic! They took initiative to help, were creative and responded quickly."

"Big clean room. Check in & out was smooth and free parking in the car park next door which was a bonus, it is first come first served but always people leaving. No air conditioning in the room and it was boiling, lots of noise with the windows open. Fridge in room is great for keeping things cool but makes the most annoying sound when you are trying to sleep. Excellent TV in room and both kettle & coffee machine which was a bonus."
