Villa “Casa Redonda” is exceptionally well located on the Indalo Mountain, with panoramic views overlooking the sea. A 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes stroll to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The private pool is south-facing (10 x 4 mtrs) for sole use of guests. The villa has a living area of approx 240sq.m & is situated on 3,500sq.m of land with various garden areas, ensuring privacy & space. It is all built within one-level, further enhancing your living comfort. The villa possesses a spacious round-shaped living-room with an enhanced safety open-fire place, dining-room, kitchen fully fitted with appliances, pantry, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire villa is equipped with Climate Control System (AC dual warm/cold) for enhanced comfort, as well as an automated terrace sun-cover. Approx 250sq.m of various terraces around the property, offering options to sit either in the sun or the shadow. The villa has a large private swimming pool (40sq.m), and a well designed gardens maintained by an automated sprinkler system. Private gated parking area for 3 cars. The entire complex is exceptionally well maintained! WIFI included.

Casa Redonda
Lovely, spacious well equipped villa. Lots of outside space, plenty of shady spots and eating areas. Pool was more than big enough for 5 adults. Location was good only 10 mins walk to the sea however the walk back is very steep and a car is essential to get to the supermarket.

Beautiful villa, wonderful views
stayed for a week in August 2023 with family, kids are 19 & 17. First thing that greets you are the magnificent views of the sea and beach. Outside space has been carefully planned to give either full sun or shade at any time of the day depending on your preference. I've stayed at several villas across the med and this one has the best outside space I've ever had :-). Pool is decent size and allows swimming across it, maybe not ideal for very young ones as half of the pool is deep (~2m). BBQ area is great, we had a few of these and the supermarket just outside town has a wide selection of fresh produce for the BBQ. Lots of restaurants along the beach front which is only about 15 minutes walk. Only slight thing to be conscious of is the steep hills and steps down to the beaches & restaurants. We walked it regularly, but it is very steep and you know you've had a bit of exercise when you've done it. You do need a car for this villa as carrying provisions up the hill would be too much. There is plenty of parking down at the beaches and restaurants though if you choose to drive it. Overall it means the villa is private and has spectacular views though.

The villa was lovely but it does need some tlc in places. The electric went twice whilst we was there, the first time was resolved when we got in touch with the owner and she told us where the electricity box was, the second time the owner had to get one of the neighbours to come round and sort the out. The pool there were a few tiles missing a d also loose ones. The views were amazing

The house was well appointed with lovely art work and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great and even had floats. Mojacar had beautiful beaches and many excellent restaurants. Couldn’t believe how inexpensive food and wine was. We stayed 12 nights but wanted to stay forever

Outstanding villa
This villa location and style will leave you breathless! It is an absolutely 5* villa, the care and love that has gone into every internal and external aspect is simply stunning. We enjoyed one of our best holidays here in sept 22 and have booked again whilst we were still there. There is everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. The hill and short cut path is a bit steep..especially have a few GnT’s in the fusion bar but you get used to it; or stay in and BBQ overlooking the pool the choice is yours. You could not book a better villa in Mojacar and the host was so friendly along with Carmen who welcomes you to the property.

Casa Redonda is an amazing villa and we highly recommend it.
Casa Redonda is a stunning villa with fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Take your choice from one of the many seating areas and either watch the sun rise over morning coffee, or relax by the pool. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained and come to life at night when all lit up. The pool was plenty large enough for our family to thoroughly enjoy and was kept spotlessly clean as was the rest of the villa. Johanna ensured we were well looked after and was always on hand to answer any questions and deal with any issues we had. The villa is very spacious and fully equipped and made this a memorable stay. You can indeed walk back from the beach in ten minutes but be warned that at the height of the summer sun combined with the steep climb you will need to jump in the pool when you arrive! I already miss the villa and the sound of the Mediterranean below and will return one day. We thoroughly recommend Casa Redonda, You wont be disappointed.
