This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Not an obvious location for a business stay but I had meeting locally so through I’d try it. Set in a lovely garden it is modern but appealing. Mostly residential around it but there is a local coop for extras. Spa/sauna is an extra cost per hour but very good. A couple of little things went wrong and the team responded extremely well to fix them and ensure I had a good stay. I’d go back. "
