The hosts were very flexible, friendly, accommodating, and had wonderful communication. The property was clean and had charming decor and signs. Everything we used was functional. I appreciated the thoughtful additions such as the luggage rack, power strip bedside, and toiletries as well as kitchen supplies. We had arrived late around midnight, and had an issue with the door, but when I called I got a response right away and the problem was resolved. Especially happy that the place is dog friendly! The neighborhood is much the same but was quiet and seemed safe. This was a perfect place for our group to stay as we attended a funeral. The bunk bed room was perfect for our kids and my wife and I were fine in the smaller room with a queen bed. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We did have another family member park their RV on the street in front for 1 night which worked fine with the electric hookup nearby. We only used the kitchen one time to cook a breakfast meal but found it sufficient (no dishwasher but not a huge deal). Internet and cell service are in and out in this neighborhood but the house does have wi-fi and streaming tv when the internet is working.
