  • Comfortable villa **** located on the heights of the small port of Brigneau, a fishing village in the town of Moelan sur mer.
    You will have quick access to the coastal paths as well as the small cove of Port Blanc.
    A short drive will take you to the many small sandy beaches in the area to enjoy swimming.
    A few kilometres away you can taste the delicious flat oysters of Belon.
    You will be 10 minutes from Pont Aven, the famous city of painters, not to mention its galettes.
    The completely private indoor swimming pool with direct access to the 60m2 terrace, is facing south.
    This elegant villa, with a capacity of 7 people, is ideal for your holidays with family or friends.
    You will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, open to a living/dining room, 4 comfortable bedrooms, two of which have a TV, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room, a separate toilet and a shower in the pool area.
    You will also have an infrared sauna, as well as a table football and an exercise bike.
    A discreetly shared lawn garden is located below the property.

    Bed linen and towels can be rented at the price of 20€ per person

Séjour parfait ! La maison est très propre, de qualité et parfaitement équipée. La piscine privée est vraiment un plus, un véritable bonheur ! L’hôte est très réactif, sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Une maison de vacances - idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bien équipée, la Maison offre de nombreuses possibilités - pause en terrasse - piscine couverte - barbecue et une pièce de vie spacieuse - bien aménagée dans un secteur calme.Une cuisine très bien équipée et Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une literie très confortable.Idéalement située, "Au bout c'est la Mer !", la Maison permet de rejoindre à qqs centaines de mètres le GR34 pour découvrir un magnifique point de vue et se lancer dans de belles randonnées.
