It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: \- A living room of 60 m² with two large sofas including a corner sofa and a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The room also has a wood stove (wood not provided). The house is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 200 meters from the coastal paths. The nearest shops are about 4 km away (bakery and mini-market). In season, a bar and a food truck are located on the port of Brigneau, 10 minutes away on foot. Nearby: \- Brigneau lighthouse at 280 m (4 minutes on foot). \- Pont Aven located at 16,5 km (20 minutes by car). \- Quimperlé located at 15 km (21 minutes by car). \- Concarneau located at 32,1 km (38 minutes by car). \- Lorient located at 36 km (36 minutes by car).
