The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Being able to store our luggage at the hotel was especially convenient and made it much easier for us to continue on to the next part of our trip.
The hotel was very clean, with a unique character and a beautiful, stylish design. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful. The location was unbeatable. I had lunch here on my last day, and it was delicious. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Would recommend it wholeheartedly and would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. Thank you.

"As a wellness hotel it was very good value and in a nice, quiet area. It was right next to the river Thaya. All facilities were well maintained and great to use. My room (single) had an annoying noise together with a smell of cigarette coming from the bathroom which woke me up during the night.. ..."
