This modern 2 bedroom is nestled in the heart of Greenpoint, one of  
 Cape Town's most trendy suburbs and leisure districts. Explore the  
 lively V & A Waterfront, Greenpoint Garden or Cape Town Stadium only a  
 stone throw away. Explore an assortment of Espresso bars, Italian  
 restaurants, Cafes and Boutiques lining the Main Road and Sea Point  
 Promenade. Take a 10 - 15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the  
 world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

 This apartment offers a stunning, contemporary design with beautiful  
 furnishing and finishes throughout. It features a modern open-plan  
 kitchen, lounge-cum-dining area which opens onto a balcony. The kitchen  
 is fully equipped, and the living area has everything you need to make  
 your stay as comfortable as possible.  
  
 The bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and a shared bathroom  
 with a standalone shower and a heated towel-rail.
