As mentioned in other reviews, it’s very tired, the bathrooms are terrible and the shower doesn’t stay up, the bathroom light stopped working, the curtain fell off the window and you could hear the cinema next door. "This hotel is top notch. Great breakfast, very modern hotel with flashy style. The restaurant surprisingly has VERY good fresh Italian pasta…delicious. The rooms are excellent. Very good value for the price. Enjoyed the player piano soft breakfast music. Parking is great. You can walk into Modena old town but it is a 40 minute walk, although beautiful scenery along the way. Also great for Ferrari museum visitors if travelling by car between Modena and Maranello."

"The room and hotel were clean. Roof top bar was nice. The images of the rooms make the room appear larger than they are. With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. The chair to put your shoes on sits in front of the glass doors so you can sit and take in the view of your partner on the pot or in the shower. AC worked great. Great barber two doors down. If you need laundry, get it in early as she gets overwhelmed quickly."
