Staff: rude. not very helpful. Very short and to the point. M Club Lounge: Poor food and drink choices. Very bland and not stocked. It’s basically your free breakfast that now they just charge for! Lily house and Room Service: Weird menu, over priced food. However food is good and portions are very decent. Drinks are weird! Dessert is amazing. Room: Clean, put together and nice quality.

The linens had a few stains which they took care of. The handle for the towel rack fell every morning on your foot. The shower door leaked all over the floor. We advised the staff and were told parts had been ordered but were back ordered. No microwave in suite. The cleaning staff was exceptional! The hotel was beautiful with all the chandeliers and the staff was helpful. There were just obvious wear and tear signs on hotel that had not been maintained.

A little bit dated and limited hours and selection at bar. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful though!
