(1,361 reviews) We love Divi Beach & Golf and have been traveling there for the last 7 years. We especially like the amenities in the room (washing machine & dryer) Pros: staff was great! Saw some familiar faces! They were very accommodating! The restaurants and food were spectacular! Windows is a top notch restaurant with food and service! Cons: Disappointed in a few things: unaware that the all inclusive had changed (when we arrived to check in) and ONLY the restaurants at Divi B&G were included (previously had access to restaurants at Tamarijn and Divi Divi), the room was very musty and had a smell to it, the Sea Breeze could use more bartenders to support the amount of guests and we literally had to get up at 5-6am to secure chaise lounges at ALL of the pools bc guests will leave their towels on chaise lounges all day but never sit in them and there were never any if we got to the pool too late. Shout out to Suzanne at Mulligans and Mario at Windows for their hospitality and service! (1,001 reviews) Overall the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with a group of 7 and we requested our rooms to be near each other well ahead of arrival. We were placed in 3 separate buildings (1, 4, 13) almost as far away as possible. The explanation of what was included in our all-inclusive package was rushed and confusing when we checked in. I finally found a chart of restaurants/bars included in each package online after an extensive search. Please make this easier for future guests. Food was fine….nothing special even at Windows. Service at all the bars & restaurants was great! Friendly, accurate, and they took great care of the small kids in our party. Nonexistent nightlife…every option shut down by 9:30 or 10pm. I wasn’t looking for a party ant but having a glass of wine or a cocktail after 10pm while on vacation shouldn’t be an issue. Overall it was a good experience but I will stay elsewhere if I return to Aruba.
