As friendly and adorable as the sea bird for which it's named, Pelican Condo is a welcoming place to spend your weekend at the shore. This one bedroom condo is perfect for couples seeking an excursion to the coast. PELICAN CONDO The bedroom features a high-quality queen bed and is supplemented with a sleeper sofa in the living area. A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware and, everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them in the adjacent dining area. An inviting living area features a cozy couch, coffee table and two extremely comfortable recliners, all centered around a TV with DVD player and a wood burning fireplace. However, if you like to stay entertained, you'll find the best part of your stay to be the incredible views of the coast. Enjoy them from the comfort of the living room or from your private deck. Dogs are welcome with our standard per dog, per night fee. ABOUT MOCLIPS BEACH Booking one of our properties in Moclips Beach? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you and your friends/family to venture into. Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach. During the spring and summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later! Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips Beach and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy, while still being able to enjoy those stunning views. THE HI-TIDE PROMISE Hi-Tides is the only full-stack vacation rental management company in the area. We vow to make booking with us simple and exciting. We know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some, while others know their way around it. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties are up to high-quality standards. We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking. We are available to assist you every day of the year. If you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home, please, just ask. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise. MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. The staff were great from the get go. We had some issues scheduling online, and Penny and Lori got it squared away in no time. We had to check in late due to traffic, and they accommodated us without complaint. The staff are just great. The room was exactly as advertised, and we could see the beach from our room. We had the beach mostly to ourselves, and enjoyed the scenic stay. The only complaint I could have is that there wasn't a lot of dining options nearby, but the room had a kitchen and we were able to plan around it and still enjoy our trip.
