It worked really well for a group of us who came out hunting pheasants. The interior was very clean and freshly updated, it made for a pleasant stay. The tankless hot water heater was nice when 7 guys needed to shower at the end of the day. The exterior of the property is nothing to speak of but it's located right on the main street in town, close to restaurants, fuel, and groceries.
