I really enjoyed my time there.
Nice pool and lobby area.
Room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub was very high and I think it was not safe because of the height and wet floor.
No wash cloth size towel but they offered loffa when we requested.
Also the orientation of towel bars was not the best to hang towels and clothes.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Nice private beach and safe to cross the busy street using the traffic light but still I would prefer a tunnel .
Also the beach was not obvious to notice and I had to ask staff about it to locate it.
Breakfast is expensive and I believe it should have been included with the room.
Overall a nice hotel and I will choose it again.

Big room, pools for adults and kids.
Breakfast buffet is okay. But some items like falafel, eggs, oatmeal, salads had no seasoning and seemed reheated.
Dinner buffet should be at a 3 star hotel NOT 5 STARS as it had no flavor and was reheated. Sushi tasted old and flavorless.
When I complained the food and beverage manager didnt compensate me for the 2200 pounds i paid for the less than average buffets. He just gave me pizza that I didn't order and fruits. The pizza was just dough, cheese and large pieces of chicken that gave me diarrhea the next morning.
This hotel should be rated 3 stars NOT 5 SYARS
