Ideally located in the middle of town, most things are within easy walking distance. I have stayed here many times but not in about 7 years, it has been considerably updated and improved since I last stayed. Kind of pricey, but most motels in Moab are.

Faucets in shower and sink didn’t work well and were partly broken
There was no staff to check you in except the screen with a woman from the Phillipines talking to you. I wanted to ask some questions about the area and she didn't know where the ice machine was! Very disappointed that there was no staff to talk to. Impersonal. Area felt unsafe out back.
Will not recommend this motel. Will also post to social media as paid over $200 and should of gone somewhere else for less money and more of a personal touch. Too bad
Check in was one of the quickest and easiest I think I have ever experienced! Our room was clean, bed was comfy, coffee in room and walking distance to places on Main Street. Great value.
Amazing property in heart of downtown Moab. Highly recommended and will definetly stay again.

Check-in was a joke, all virtual, only to save operating costs and reduce local jobs. Was given an occupied room at first, then had to video conference with the woman again. Room looked clean but when I wiped the floor from an ice cube, the rag was disgusting. Checked other areas, dirty too. Wouldn’t stay here again.
We were coming to 4wheel and towed our vehicles on trailers. Knowing we were long, choosing a place that could accommodate our parking was important. When making our reservation, they told us we could park out front of the hotel along the street/curb because it was “their property” too. Long story short, we all got parking tickets. When brought to their attention, they refused to help resolve the issue or take responsibility for the misinformation they provided. Had parking been an issue/problem it would have been nice to have been communicated this up front- before we had secured our reservations. The rooms were lack luster as well.
Loved the creek in back to walk my dog it was perfect!

The rooms are clean and it is easy to check in and out. but it is too close to the main road and big 18 wheelers were so noisy passed by the property none stop, whole night long!
This was a good place to stay in Moab, and conveniently located. Building is on the old side, so electrical outlets are scarce. Bring an extension cord if you want to be able to have power near the bed overnight.
Poor air conditioner (either too cold or too hot) virtual reception based in the Philippines was very pleasant, no on site manager to assist, no additional towels, coffee etc. available
Was Not a good value.
Check in at kiosk as others mentioned. Efficient and no issues. Room was large and comfortable. TV not working properly. Contacted rep thru kiosk and tech came in about a hour to check the TV. Cost for 2 dogs is very high. Nice to be close to Main Street to walk thru town.
Check-in was unusual, interesting and kind of fun. No real person there, but a large terminal with a screen. Someone quickly appeared on the screen and checked us in. It's kind of like a zoom call. Well, why not after all. Felt a bit odd, but not bad at all.
This is definitely a no frills place, however it was clean, quiet and comfortable not to mention conveniently located. I would stay again.

Toxic smell
Check-in was very strange. There is no staff, so you talk to a person through a monitor. She was quite capable, but weird.
The room smelled of toxins. Apparently it had been sprayed for bugs, and even when we left the door and window open it still smelled. There was still bug spray on the windows, no one had finished cleaning it.
What a pleasant surprise. The room was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable and it was so convenient. We visited when it was really hot and it was so nice to have the air on so it wasn’t like you had to walk into a furnace and wait hours for it to cool down. Be prepared to check in using their computer system. Easy-peasy though.
The room was clean, updated, and specious, bed was comfortable, convenient location to restaurants and Arches, lots of ice, easy access to river walk path.
Like a lot of others, I am not a fan of the TV monitor check in process. I was behind another 2 people checking in and the process seemed to take a lot longer than it need be. Other than that I can't complain about the Inn, there was plenty of parking, toiletries, and it's position in Moab was great. You have to go out for breakfast but the Moab Diner across the carpark is great. I would stay here again if I was ever this way in the future.
This is a great little spot for the busy traveler to rest at night. Its close to the surrounding parks and restaurants. Its not fancy, but its quiet, clean, convenient and economical.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Wifi was good to ok, staff was great. Because it is conveniently downtown Moab, expect noise of the town and surrounding businesses.....not extreme, but there.
An immediate turn off walking into office to check in and being greeted by a kiosk with no personal service. Person behind computer screen obviously not from area and could not answer simple questions about the town. Place is very dated and in need of repairs. Room also had ants in it and we had to make sure they did not get in our belongings. Very poor experience.
Very disappointed for a hotel that cost $200 plus a night. The room was outdated, and drafty due to inadequate weather stripping at the front door. Not to mention there was no one onsite. I checked in with a face on a screen at a kiosk. Which in the grand scheme of things I guess is ok, but awkward for a hotel where you expect some face to face. All in all the room was disappointing for the price.
