Overall a good place to stay for one or two nights. Located in lower downtown of Moab, UT. Friendly and helpful stuff, especially the housekeeping stuff. Parking is complementary, parking spaces are big enough for oversized trucks or RV’s. The guest laundry is a welcoming extension.

Great place at a great price, conveniently located in the middle of town. There’s a gas station and a City Market within walking distance. It was quiet and had everything you need at a fair price. It’s also pet-friendly! Additionally, it offers a bike wash station, ice machine, laundry facilities, and a picnic area. This place is underrated—I definitely recommend it and would stay here again

I love to stay at this Hotel when I go to Moab. It is well kept and small and it does not cost an arm and a leg. It is clean and convenient. I like the frig and the microwave. Rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is not really hot, but it helps after a day of hiking.

My husband and I have stayed here several times. The rooms are cute and the hot tub is nice. My main complaint is that the beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows are also terrible. I ended up sore and having headaches during and after my stay. Other than that, it is a nice little hotel with a great location.

Great staff; everyone was super helpful and nice. Coffee in the office in the morning, but that's it for breakfast. AC is a window unit and had a hard time regulating the temp in the room, but did the job. Lots of loud dogs in the hotel our first night there.
