### Precious Moments TOP FLOOR - apartment

This brand new, superior one bedroom apartment is 50 sqm big and has private covered 10 sqm loggia with beautiful sea view. This brand new apartment complex with restaurant is situated just on the sea, has pool 11x5,5 meters.  
Please note, in case you are coming with pets, we charge 8€ extra per day  
This apartment is for up to 4 persons and has 50 square meters.  
Apartment is fully air conditioned, and has free Wi-Fi.  
Apartment consist of kitchen which is equipped with fridge, kettle, stove, oven, kitchen utensils and dish washer.  
There is one bathroom with shower and hair dryer.  
There is king size double bed in bedroom and possibility of sofa bed for two persons in living room.  
You can choose from more than 2000 movies from our video library.  
  
This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.

Excellent emplacement et logement très beau et propre même si rien n'est prévu pour accrocher les serviettes de bains ou de plage ce qui semble surréaliste!... Petit déjeuné merveilleux et le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et gracieux! Restaurant bon mais très cher!!!
