Wellness villa JOSKA is situated in a quiet village called Cejetice, which today is a part of the town of Mlada Boleslav - Jungbunzlau. It is separated from the town by the river JIZERA-ISER. There is a lift on the bank of the river that will take you to the Old Town of Mlada Boleslav. The Old Town is about 3 km away from the industrial part of the town and the housing estates and offers many good restaurants, cafés, parks, etc. You can reach the old town centre on foot after a comfortable 15-minute walk. But you don't have to go anywhere...  
In the villa you can relax all day, be it on the large roof terrace with a view in all directions, or in the garden, at the barbecue. But of course also directly in the house with the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. This villa with 4 bedrooms is for max. 8 adults and 2 children. You can also book flat Miki for 2 pers. with separate entrance and car park. Entrance and car park. The property is completely fenced, there are max. 4-5 parking spaces for cars. A WALLBOX up to 11 kW is available, please let us know in advance.  
  
4 bedrooms / beds in the bedrooms see the picture gallery / - good for max. 8 adults and 2 children. If required, you can also book the fully equipped flat Miki, then a total of 5 bedrooms and good for max. 10 adults and 2 children. The flat Miki can not be booked separately, so only bookable from the group in the main house Joska !!! In the house : living room with fireplace, 1 x winter garden with sitting area, 2xDUWC, including a bathtub, 1x separate toilet, 1x separate shower in sauna room, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, central heating, heated indoor pool approx 4.6x2.8 m, sauna, steam bath, roof terrace 100 m2, pergola with barbecue, garden, fenced, good for max. 10 persons. INTERNET ACCESS via WLAN, 2 dogs allowed..., car park on the property max. 4 cars, WALLBOX up to 11 kW available, please register in advance  
You can also book flat Miki for 2 pers. with separ. In this case, please book the other property. If the Miki flat is not booked, it will remain empty and closed.  
  
The property is fenced, on the property there is a barbecue with a large pergola and garden loungers.  
  
We have a special website where you can find where to go after arrival - excursions, etc., then recommended restaurants, shopping centres, etc., all provided with GPS coordinates.  
  
After a short walk from Wellness villa JOSKA you will reach the river JIZERA-ISER, where you can take long walks in both directions, e.g. to the natural beach in Podlazky, to the boat hire or to the ruins of Michalovicka putna castle. You can also visit the Radouc nature reserve with its gopher colony. The town of Mlada Boleslav is worth a visit, e.g. the SKODA car factory museum, the aviation museum or the new aquapark. You can also take a walk in the parks, the largest of which is the Stepanka forest park along the Klenice stream, where you can see many squirrels. Wellness villa JOSKA is also a good starting point for day trips, e.g. to the UNESCO Geopark Bohemian Paradise - the town lies on the edge of this area - or to Prague, the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains. The Kokorin Valley and Macha Lake are also nearby. The nearby restaurants, such as GRAAL ve skale, Jihoceska hostenice, La romantica, MG-restaurant etc. will certainly take care of your physical well-being. You can also visit the medieval pub in Detenice - a real experience.
