"The chalet was great, in a great location close to all amenities and the Diable lift. However, I would not recommend for 10 adults due to the beds in one of the rooms. There were 4 “beds” in one room which is advertised but in a very tiny room and not comfortable for 4 adults. All other rooms were great. We were told on the day we arrived that there was limited hot water which was not the best news with 10 adults skiing and showering. Overall we had a great time in the Chalet and check in...

"Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!"

I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
