Alles wat je verwacht is aanwezig van parkeerplaats tot compleet ingerichte keuken. Wel moet vermeld worden dat het appartement aan de oostzijde ligt waardoor je alleen s'morgensvroeg zon op het balkon hebt. Daarbij is het handdoeken pakket verre van toereikend. Je kan het pakket laten wisselen alleen verwacht je bij een boeking van 2 weken iets meer dan 1 handdoek en 1 badlaken per persoon. Daarnaast is er maar één theedoek voor de hele periode en geen keukenhandoek. Onoverkomenlijk, zeker niet, maar een aandachtspuntje. Vlakbij de skilift, ook te gebruiken in de zomer voor mooie bergwandelingen. Nadeel is dat er geen aparte (lage) tafel is om te eten, enkel een verhoogde tafel rechtstreeks aan het keukengedeelte. Voor mensen met kleine kinderen misschien niet echt handig. Maar met mooi weer konden we buiten eten op het prachtige terras van waarop we een prachtig uitzicht hadden op de Hohe Tauern.
