Mitsukoshi BGC Shopping Center

Staff made the place. Warm and welcoming and nothing but helpful. Cleaning was okay but so mixed in regards to timings. One day 10am next 4pm. The cleaners were lovely but kept having to vacate the room so they could clean. Room was basically, but had a leak, when reported , was told its a condensation issue. But for a fact it was a leak.. Room.service was good and efficient but was costly. Portions were a good size and food was excellent. But compared to outside of the hotel. It was a lot more expensive.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This is place was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing with a picture perfect bay view. Waking up to such a peaceful view made the experience truly amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The host and staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt thoughtfully managed, from the service to the overall atmosphere. If you're looking for a place with a gorgeous view, excellent hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I would happily return and look forward to my next trip. My wife and I have stayed here on several occasions. The staff are always very polite, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Very close to NAIA airport which we find very convenient.
