"We booked the hotel because we had children wanting to use the pool. Only when we checked in did we find out that the pool was out of service for a few weeks Had I know the pool was not available. I would have booked elsewhere"

"Pullman Paris is steps from the Eiffel Tower! I paid for the deluxe room high floor with balcony so I had a view of the tower daily and nightly from the comfort of my room.
